Well, Izzie is the one out of the interns that Derek seems completely uninterested in bonding with on any level and as much as I don't like Derek, I can't say I blame him for that, lol. I'm still unclear on how Meredith manages to resist bashing her head in on a daily basis. So many missed opportunities.
