I care about the baby when Sawyer is involved, but right now that's not even is storyline, he's hand Aaron to Kate while Jack watches, so it's all about Kate and Jack's relationship with his still-to-be-discovered sister. I can see why Sawyer is sad, a child separated from his mother is touching a still open wound in him, he must also feel responsible because Claire slipped away right under his nose after he had promised her to get them back to the beach, to safety. But still... let's move on from this and give him something to do other than rescuing the damsel in distress twice in 3 episodes and look sad over a character she has talked with ten times in 4 seasons, thanks.

I think Sayid is bored of the O6 storyline, too, and he's thinking why he got separated from all the cool people.
