I agree that this season felt like the show found itself. The Scully abduction is where the series really took off. I can't imagine the show not having had that storyline.

We really owe Gillian a lot for this, if she had never gotten pregnant, who knows what direction the show would of taken. I don't see the show being as good with out this storyline as well.
