| Oh, no! I have a cousin who's been a ceramics artist for ~35 years! (easily!) It's not like getting a "clay mask at a spa." Most artists have hands that look "lived in"! Unless they're so wildly famous - as sculptors, for ex., that they can afford to hire art students to do the heavy work - and they just create designs. I don't think that's Scott. And I do get the feeling we're talking paintings and/or drawings.....
I know it wasn't the case - or it would be in the "trivia" ... but it would've been cool if - when Scott was on Will & Grace - since he played an artist with a SoHo gallery opening - if it had been his own artwork on display!! There is trivia from the ep. ("Das Boob"). They changed the name of Scott's character in the episode, but it never got updated when written on a wall by Karen as a message for Grace - or in the end credits. The other - a propos - is that in real life, Debra Messing ("Grace") is married to an art gallery owner. The gallery name used in the episode = the Gelman Gallery. Gelman = her husband's last name & that's the name of his gallery. (The scene wasn't filmed at his gallery, however.) __________________ Avi by a former Albanian c. 1980s. I wrote the pain down, got off and looked up. Looked into your eyes. The lost open windows all around; my dark heart lit up the skies. {..} Give up the ground under your feet. Hold on to nothing for good. Turn and run at the mean times chasing you. Stand alone and misunderstood. Now that I've worn ... I've worn out the world, I'm on my knees in fascination - looking through the night. And the moon's never seen me before, but I'm reflecting light!
