After the MET Costume Institute Ball, Mischa Barton was one of the young starlets to head to Philippe for the after-party. While the younger crowd hung upstairs dancing to the music, the older folks including Chris Noth, Anna Wintour and Kimora Lee Simmons mingled downstairs.
