| I've always hated the way he talks to Kate,as though she's so inferior,and I think in Thursday's episode, he managed to outdo himself in idiocy. He was treating Kate as if she was some kind of prize to be won. "I'M the one who came back,I'M the one who's here,I'M the one who saved you." Oh,please Jack. He is such an ******* it's unbelievable. And he thinks it's okay to keep hurting people because whatever is going on in his life is sooo much worse than what everyone else has to deal with. Kate has to deal with the SAME **** as you,Jack. He treats her like a possession, liek a trophy that he's still fighting with Sawyer to win. And his proposal to her was clearly to convince himself he could be the daddy to Aaron that Christian never was to him. Selfish reasons.
His behavior in this episode sets the record for an all-time Jack low,at least in terms of the way he treats Kate,which in my opinion,was previously held by the "The Hunting Party," where he tells Kate she can't come hunting as if he has the right to control her, and then shuns her after she's kidnapped and almost killed right in front of him,just like a father would do to a disobedient daughter.
Oh,and the other thing that made me vomit was Kate getting down on her knees and legitamately BEGGING him to trust her. Is that a joke? As a fan of Kate, seeing her around Jack completely degrades her character,turns her into an inferior fangirl,who'll do anything to please the Almighty Jack. __________________
