I 100% agree with that. Like Evie said in an interview about Eggtown, "In the flash forwards Kate has her **** together. She knows what she wants." Or something like that, so Kate WANTS and LOVES Jack. She wouldn't be with him if she didn't.
Yeah, they just are giving them hope so they keep watching, lol.
