And I won't be jerked around from one season to the next until the last five minutes of the series when they will probably have her make her final choice. NO way. That's why I stopped shipping. Plus it makes Kate's character look despicable. The writers really must hate women.
| *Even* if Skate would be the end-game, the fact that Jack and Kate have to have their share of things is... absurd, in a show like Lost and after everything we have seen.
And Kate may be playing house with Jack 6 episodes after she threw Sawyer's offer to live together out of the window (she laughed at him until she was cornered by Miles' words). | I agree with both of you.
It's convenient for Skaters to forget how Kate reacted to Sawyer's "proposal" but I still remember it.
I wouldn't be so sure Jate will end badly either. Who knows what will cause them splitting up. Besides, what really matters are Kate's feeling and if she loves Jack in his drugged up state, it's nothing for Skaters to be happy about.
In season 1 Lost seemed like a daring, different show - but those days are long gone. I feel like almost every scene nowdays was written to please a certain fan fraction. |
