They went to film to Los Anegeles: unless they needed a specific LA location, why go there and increase the chance to get caught? Unless, they think LA is safer to shoot because people expect them to film in Hawaii at the moment and are stalking the usual filming places on the island.

Is it me or does Damon make it sound like this episode is there to answer some fans' questions? Makes me think of SIASL.
