| I think that regardless of what happens in the future and who Clark is with (we all know he ends up with Lois in the end) I think Smallville has made it clear for a long time - no one will ever be as loyal and devoted to Clark as Chloe has been.
I take comfort in that - regardless of whether we ever get anything else other than pure loyalty and friendship from them.
