| I don't know, but the scenes were cut in the screening in Pasadena. I doubt they will add her scenes afterwards. And, his wife is not Leo's love interest in the movie.
They are divorcing in the movie. We won't see them happily married.
Leo's love interest is a nurse named Aisha.
It seems the director thought Carice's scenes were not necessary. But her character is mentioned several times in the movie, because of the divorce.
Maybe they will add her scenes before the release of the movie, but I doubt it.
