| Well I just watched the last episode. And may I say that Neela almost seemed like old school Neela .. So I enjoyed watching it. What I got from the episode was that they definitely were trying to make her come to terms with what happened last season ...The fact that she said out loud 'dead already' while zooming in on her kind of meant it was about her not about the lady ...after that the Gates thing...and of course the beginning with the sirens and war thing while she was singing 'nothings going to bring me down'..It looked like they had to let her go through all of the things happened last season without giving a conclusion to it..
This way the critic on her was out of the way and they can go in every direction they want.... So this can mean good things and bad things...They can make her connect with someone new or they can make her make amens with the one person left to make amens with which is Ray.
Oh and that scene at the end.. ...Gates was just saying happy birthday and after that the phone call it seemed like the perfect time for Ray to be on the other end.. She just normalized relations with Gates and was moving to..the phone call which was...THE FREAKING CABLE GUY! ..I don't know if they were trying to tell us that NO it's not Ray and it will never be Ray..or they were trying to tell us don't forget about Ray... |
