I was also at C/B today watching. I went back later in the day to see if I could catch any more filming and I saw them on the rooftop a little bit. I am almost positive that the rooftop was supposed to be the rooftop of C/B since that building is actually 5 or 6 stories high so they wouldn't film it there. It looked like Joy and Hilarie were throwing the water balloons over the side of the roof, kind of matching up with what was filmed in front of C/B. In addition to Paul and Hilarie filming they also did a few shots where they turned some music on and had extras walk back and forth in front of C/B getting hit by a ton of water balloons. In the scene with Hilarie she would run out of her car and she was looking towards the roof, then as she made her way in the building, the camera tilted up towards the roof.
