"Twilight" filming originally set for around April 23-25 at First Beach in LaPush has been moved back to April 29. Director Catherine Hardwicke scouted the location in January. Casting for extras has included a call for surfers who apparently would ride waves at First Beach as a background to scenes involving main actors in the film.
Principal filming is being done in Portland and at Kalama High School in southwest Washington state.
