The Rules of the Road:
Every 2 weeks one person goes in the hot seat and others can ask them questions. When the 2 weeks are up they nominate the next person. You can ask as many questions in one post as you want.
When you choose someone to be in the hot seat it's generally a good idea to send them a PM so they know to come to the thread.
 = Person is currently in the hotseat.
= Means person has been in the hotseat.
