OMG. The caps! The coloring is so pretty! Kate read Jack perfectly, and she tried to let him know that he couldn't blame himself. That scene reminds me of this lyric from The Fray...

Kate keeps Jack grounded in the worst moments and vise versa. They are each other's balance.
