First off I must say that I can't spell to save my life so sorry in advanced.

I was so excited when I found out Twilight would be filming near where I live. My friend lives in Kalama and so she kind of had the inside scoop about the filming there. There were four of us that decided to have a "Stalking Vampire" day. Wink We were in Kalama for a good part of the day walking around and trying to see if we could meet a vimpire. I actually took my nephews with us to play at a park there at the school. But when we got there it was taped off. That is where they were filming for the day. My nephews were a bit sad, but I was excited. We were able to watch them film. You could hear. "Que the extras, Rolling and Action" Or something to that effect. It was the coolest thing to watch.

Well we were about to call it a day and head home. Thinking we were the worst vampire stalkers ever. I went to get the car and meet back up with my friends. While I was sitting in the car a van passes and my friend and I think we see Robert in it. ( turns out to be Jasper) So I get out to round up the rest of my group and tell them the bad news... that we've missed Edward. As I am walking up to them Bella (can't remember the name of the actress) walks by me. I actually didn't realize who it was. Both of the girls that were with me were giving me the "that's Bella" nod. She looked kind of grumpy to me. But in her defense I'm sure she had had a very long day.

As I am trying to tell my friends that we missed Robert who should walk past but the vampire himself Mr. Green . I couldn't believe it. Shocked My friend (who has nerves of steal ) walks right up to him. I'm standing there with my jaw on the ground. But soon realize I better get over there before I miss my chance. She asks him if it would be irritating if we talked to him and take some pics. He says it's not irritating at all. She sticks her hand out and says "It's Robert right" (like she didn't know Wink ) He shakes her hand...with a half smile on his face and says "yeah that's right". We ask him how he likes Kalama, which he replied he really hasn't seen much of it but the school. We tell him we are excited that he is playing Edward and he gets the biggest smile on his face. Razz (I wish I could have taken a picture of that). We comment that the shooting scheduale must be tight. He chuckles and kinda rolls his eyes Rolling Eyes and says "yeah". He then offers to take some pictures with us saying it's not a problem.

He was just the nicest person. He kind of hung around while the shuttle van came to get him and take him back to the summit base camp. As he passes us in the van he waves. Way cool guy!

So there is my brush with Edward. I don't think I said it, but he was in costume. Gloden eyes and everything. They are really cool looking contacts. It will be cool to see him in that costume on the big
