Piper and Leo's wedding was the highlight of Season 3 for me. They has been struggling to be together ever since Season 1 and to see their love finally accepted by the Elders in S3 was awesome.
I was all giddy at the end of "Blinded By The Whitelighter" when Leo announces they're officially engaged. I swear even my mom teared up on that scene.
