The Intro thread should stay the way it is. I'm not entirely sure as to what lil 'questions' are in it. But I'd say if you're going to have this thread, then you really don't need the Hot Seat thread. Like someone said, this way everyone gets to participate. I'm not really sure what kind of This or That thread you have - I'll have to look and then I might comment on that

But I definitely thing that the Hot Seat thread should be done if you're going to have this one

And another thing. When there seems to be a lull in people answering the questions and the time frame isn't up for new questions, make some nice comments as to what people answered with

Kinda like Lulu did.
