| Derek wanted to go somewhere with Meredith and Lexie as a glimpse of sunshine was shining onto the top of the horizon. It was a beautiful view and they really wanted to be quiet while they were enjoying it. Derek had planned a special suprise for the girls which would require a balloon expert called 'the fantastic one'. He showed them the spot where they could see
