The CW just didn't and does not, promote their shows very well. And, I might add, NONE, of the CW's shows are anywhere near the rating of the Big 3 and Fox. They come in 5th every single time. A fledgling network, okay, but it didn't sprout up brand spanking new -- it was a merger of two excisting networks. It's just poor managment all the way around -- I say let's start at the top.
