I'm cool with your idea of bringing back the gray shirt, and the scarf. But just ask Carlie or Ash, I'm sick of that blue shirt! When they finally do decide to change clothes (I personally hope for a burning ceremony for the blue shirt, but that's just me), I'm hoping they put him in something sleeveless. Show off those hardcore surgeon tattoos. 
Who knows, maybe Kate will have a suprise return to Jack, and be so overwhelmed to see him that she throws herself into his arms.
