Harold: The last thing we want to do is cause trouble, 'cause we hear you've been under a lot of stress lately.

Louise: First with you and Meredith and then with you and Callie.

George: Izzie!

Izzie: I thought they knew.

Harold: We hope you won't be mad, but we rescheduled the surgery for tomorrow because...

Louise: We're sticking with Dr. Burke.

George: What did you say to them?

Harold: We asked her…

George: I asked you to stay out of this.

Izzie: I just told them what I thought, that Doc…

George: Get out!

Izzie: What?

Harold: George...you don't talk like that to anyone.

George: Dad! Did Dr. Stevens tell you that she's on probation because the last time she was allowed to interact with a patient, someone died?

Izzie: It was really nice to see both of you.

George: Hey.

Izzie: Hey. So Dr. Hahn?

George: Yeah. He's my dad. And I'm scared and you of all people know what it's like to have someone you love in the hospital.

Izzie: No. You don’t get to bring Denny up to me ever again. Do you understand?

George: I'm sorry.

Izzie: Don't try to apologize not now. Not yet

George: Ok

Izzie: Maybe tomorrow.

George: Ok

You also can't see it in the caps - but Izzie steals George's coffee in the morning. So at the beginning of the episode she takes his drink, and at the end his food.

I found the scene of George asking about his mum's ironing amusing, because of the way he's looking down and how he says 'weird things' - it makes you think he thought she'd asked to iron Izzie's underwear.

I loved Mrs O'Malley and her questioning of anything sexual between Izzie and George.

I think this is the only time either of them have been that harsh with each other (George telling Izzie to get out and bringing up Denny.) but the fact that Izzie sat with him anyway at the end showed just how stong their bond is.
