I was only an extra for the Mall scenes so I don't know about the whole engagement party thing...
The only things I really heard were:
-In the Lindsey, Luke, Brooke, Owen Picture (2nd one down on first page): That is when Bevin walks up that is why they are all looking the in same direction. She walks up and is like "OMG Brooke? Lucas?" and they are shocked to see her. Bevin also says at some point "Brooke I didnt know you and Lucas were getting married." And before Brooke can correct her Bevin goes on to talk about herself and how she got married and had a son named Nathan.
-The the Owen/Brooke scene he talks about how she shouldn't let her mom treat her like she does(i had to keep "shopping" so i wasn't able to overhear much)
-I think there was a Owen/Victoria scene where he stands up to Victoria for Brooke and tells her to stop treating her badly
