Meanwhile, Claire (Lindsey Shaw) joins the teen hotline at school, but finds that she isn't able to help anyone. Feeling bad for her, Raja (Adhir Kalyan) calls in using a fake name and an American accent and begins telling Claire his troubles. Michael Fresco directed the episode written by Sam Lyborune (#112).

That made me wonder too, Michelle. I was wondering if Scott took some time off around the filming of this eppy to promote Saw. It seems as though TPTB have been changing the order of the airing of the episodes -- not airing in order of filming. I've seen it done more on this show than in GG. As a matter of fact, I only saw it once with GG -- in Season 7. I didn't know that that was done. We'll just have to wait and see I guess.
