I'm thinking they have medics regardless if it's a stuntman doing the stunt or the actor. I think it would be standard practice. I don't remember where I read it, but I believe they had medics/medical professionals on standby when they did the jumping off of the tower in You Jump, I Jump Jack and that was done by stunt people.


Anytime you are dealing with a horror/action film I'm sure precautions are just normal practice.
