| At first I read "Not bad", and I was already in "What? Misty, have you seen Ben? This therapist sucks at her job". 
I still think the woman is alive, when we got the sneak peek I thought that was the perfect opportunity to start re-introducing the remaining Others.
But knowing how exact have been my guesses in the past, she could be just a ghost/hallucination/alias of Smoky.
