haley can't go off on anyone about the carrie kiss in 508 because she doesn't find out about it in that ep, whatever she says is just based on what she saw happen at tric and what she overhears before she talks to lucas. i don't think she takes any carrie stuff out on lucas and peyton because, to her knowledge, carrie hasn't actually done anything wrong, she thinks it's just paranoia because nathan isn't telling her anything yet. although she did take peyton/lucas stuff out on nathan she doesn't do it the other way around
