Tony Winners Audra McDonald, Sara Ramirez and Loretta Devine will headline Good Medicine. The evening will include musical performances by Paul Adelstein, Amy Brenneman, Tim Daly, T.R. Knight, Chris Lowell, James Pickens, Gina Taylor-Pickens and Chandra Wilson. Justin Chambers, Eric Dane, Taye Diggs, Katherine Heigl, Chyler Leigh, Sandra Oh, Ellen Pompeo, Brooke Smith, Kadee Strickland, Shonda Rhimes and Kate Walsh are also participating in the program.
The evening will benefit the Solidarity Fund -- a Fund set up by the Writer’s Guild of America to help crew members of film and television productions who were put out of work by the strike. While the strike is now over, it will be weeks or months before many are back to work. The casts of “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Private Practice” are coming out in force to raise money to support those who make Hollywood magic possible.
