| I wasn't really talking about the reverse. Kate is markedly better than Sawyer from what I've seen, lol. She's just a better person. Kate and Sawyer have, on paper, some similar crimes, but Sawyer has a vicious streak that she just flat-out doesn't have. I have no doubt Kate can offer Sawyer quite a bit more than he's had. I have every doubt that he can offer the same to her. I'm not particularly FOND of Sawyer, so I'm not all that concerned with what he gets out of the bargain, because I've seen him depicted as a character where nothing will fix what's broken inside of him at the end of the day. Who will always, all too easily, find a reason to treat her as shabbily as he did in the finale. Bad boys don't reform, not REAL bad boys like Sawyer. It may look like they will...but not so much, lol. And I haven't seen any indication the change in Sawyer has been SO profound that he will be the kind of person to inspire HER to be more, to want more, to realize that she deserves more. __________________ "I just want you." icon: unknown |
