| Don't kill me, but in a way I know why she can. The main reason is that she knows what's going to happen with George and Izzie. She probably knows their fate. Would you feel that bad if you knew that later they're going to be together, marry and have cute fat little babies? (It's a valid hypothesis, isn't it?). Plus, she has a really weird sense of humor.
