"One Tree Hill," 9 p.m. on The CW. Everyone's in everyone else's business in this new episode, starting with Lucas (Chad Michael Murray), who doesn't like the way Peyton (Hilarie Burton) is treating Lindsey (Michaela McManus) and tells her so. Brooke (Sophia Bush) steps in to stop Victoria (Daphne Zuniga) from interfering with Peyton's record label. Mouth's (Lee Norris) affair with his boss tests his loyalty to his co-workers in "Don't Dream It's Over."
