I just got back from the San Francisco signing. I was late, so when I got there at around 2:30, I was told I had to wait around until everyone with a wristband had met James, and then MAYBE i could meet him. I was a little bummed that I didn't know they were handing out wristbands, but at the same time, i've met him three times before, so it wasn't the end of the world. I couldn't see the stage because of my chair, so I asked several nice people if they would take pics for me. they were like "yeah sure". they did, and i waited a while. then all of a sudden it occured to me to call a friend I know who knows James. I don't have his number though, so i had to call my sister. she told me she'd have her friend call me with his number. well, she didn't have to, because all of a sudden, one of the event people came up to me and started pushing me towards the stage. I was like "I don't have a wristband" and she was like "that's ok". I felt so bad, but she pushed me to the front, and when James saw me, he was like "Hey! I remember you!". I said "does that scare you?", and he laughed and said "no, not at all". then he says to me "you're in an upcoming episode right?", and I (while dying inside) said "yeah, i think so", and he was like "which one?", and i said the flashback one, and he said "oh yeah the basketball one. i remember seeing a picture with you in it". I ALMOST DIED!! then either he or his people (can't remember which. kind of a blur.

) said "you want a picture?", and i was like "if that's ok", and they were like "yeah", so then James jumped off the stage and walked around to me. He put his arm around me to the back of my chair, so i did the same.

when we were done, i said something stupid about how proud of him i was for showing Nathan's injury and depression in a realistic light, or something pathetic like that. :lol he was like "thank you".
anyway, it was the coolest thing ever. I will upload pictures in a few miniutes.
