Well, she asks Lucas not marry Lindsey because he just kissed her. Peyton takes that as a signal that he may have feelings for her, as well. She doesn't solely ask him not to get married because she wants to be with him, she's asking him not to because she doesn't think marrying Lindsey is 100% what he wants, either.
