5.04 Filming Spoilers

"I couldn't really hear what they were saying. Peyton knocked on Lucas's bedroom door and Lindsey answered and shut it and then opened it again. Peyton looked like she was trying to explain herself. I heard Lucas's name, but that's all. The whole scene took less than 5 minutes. I didn't see any other cast members."

"Chad and Hilarie filmed at night inside a house on Carolina beach. They were dressed in "more than casual" attire."

5.04 Side Summaries

Side for Mia, an aspiring singer - Scene 1: Peyton is in Tric and sees Mia. We enter the scene following a previous unknown conversation about Mia's career. Peyton asks Mia if it's enough for her to be a big fish in a small pond. Mia states that she didn't say that and Peyton then asks her what is enough. Mia explains that it's not money or fame that matters, but the ability to change someone's life. To give them hope. Not about getting on the radio or Soundscan numbers. It's about someone hearing your song and realizing that the world isn't such a scary place. Mia states that if she does that, she'll know she's done something; that would be more than enough. Peyton is satisfied.

Side for Mia, an aspiring singer - Scene 2: Mia finishes playing a song and asks Peyton what she thought about it. When Peyton hesitates in her response, Mia goes on a rant about her song, saying that it sucked and that she's going to be a horrible failure. Peyton tells her that "that's not what you know who said." Peyton says that "he" thinks Mia is pretty. This makes Mia feel better and she asks Peyton if she wants to hear another song.

Side for Haley, Peyton, and Jason: Peyton and Haley talk to Jason who has a very cocky attitude. Later on, Haley tells Peyton that she'd like to work with Jason by helping him produce an album.

Side for Mouth and Alice: Mouth is in the editing bay with the Tech Guy watching the raw segment footage. They discuss how Alice does her job.

5.05 Filming Spoilers

"I was walking downtown last night and they were filming on Princess Street, in an outdoor resturant between Water and Front and it was just Sophia and Chad. They were celebrating something and he popped open a bottle of wine. Thats all I really know..."
(Credit: emoler4389oth @ OTH Forums)

"In the morning they filmed at Nathan/Haley apartment (that's how the call sheet calls it). First James, Joy and third person, then Chad, Joy and the same third person. We still don't know who that person was though, but a couple of persons that were there told us there was no child around, so I guess it was not Jamie. We can tell you it was probably a flashback because we saw Joy and she had extensions."
(Credit: Manu9)

"They filmed at the church. one of the rooms inside is supposed to be Lindsey office. We didn't stay on that set but we saw the trucks. According to the call sheet they filmed 2 scenes with Lucas and Lindsey."
(Credit: Manu9)

"In the night they filmed 2 BL scenes, that were supposed to be in NY central park. We were afraid they would change the schedule and film something at studios but it didn't rain so they filmed outside. We couldn't see much. They used a short part of a street. There were lights, 3 cabs and 3 carriages. Brooke and Lucas carriages was white. The carriages gave us their back so we couldn't actually see Chad and Sophia while filming. They filmed scenes. The first was the carriages moving and there were extras walking and the cabs too. The second scene looked like a close up of Brooke and Lucas that talk with the guy that drives the carriage. She had a black short dress with a golden stripe on the decollete. Chad had blue jeans, boots and a white button shirt with squares."
(Credit: Manu9)

"BL get drunk, Lucus tries to kiss brooke, they kinda kiss but brooke is like no, you are in denial because peyton just said 'no' to your proposal [in Lucas's NY hotel room]."

5.06 - "Don't Dream It's Over"

Written By: ???
Directed By: Tom Wright

Tentative Air Date: February 5, 2008

5.06 Side Summaries

Scene 3- The beginning of the side has a Skills/Nathan scene that is odd. Very odd.Skills states never to date girls named Bevin. He also makes a strange comment about how Santa Claus is black. Nathan asks him if he said anything about the Easter Bunny. Nathan tells him not to say anything about Dan until they can figure out that situation. Skills says that he won't say a word. I think they are talking about something that Skills has told Jamie, because Skills mentions that the "kid" would have asked a lot of questions.

Scene 4- Peyton is outside of her old house staring at it. Molly sees her. Peyton, motioning to her old room, asks if that is Molly's room. Molly says that it is and she asks her if she wants to see it. Peyton says that she could be a psycho, and Molly says that she's not and that she is Peyton. (surprisingly she knows who she is)

Scene 5- Peyton enters her old bedroom and comments that things have really changed. It looks very girly. Peyton says that her walls used to be red, and Molly says that is crazy. But Peyton says that was the way she liked it. Molly asks if she really loved Lucas, and Peyton looks at her and aks if she is psychic. Molly smiles and opens up a closet door to display a faded "Peyton + Lucas =TLA" etched in the door. Molly asks her if it really was true love always, and Peyton is sad.

Scene 6- Lucas's bedroom. Lucas and Lindsey kiss. He tells her that the weekends are so much better when she is there. She agrees. She says it's because she can hang out with Haley...and with him. (trying to tease him)

Side for Owen: Peyton waits for Owen in his car, outside his bar. Not expecting to find her there, Owen jokes that she can't be car jacking him, because the car isn't worth much - but he likes it, so he'll fight her if he has to. Peyton apologizes for snapping at him, and asks if they can talk. Owen responds that they know where that would lead. He elaborates that they'll have a good time, he'll end up wanting to sleep with her, and things will go downhill from there. Peyton asks him why that would happen. Owen, seemingly joking, answers that if she sleeps with him, she'll get obsessed, start buying him gifts, lose her job ... cutting him off, Peyton replies that she runs her own company. At that, Owen tells her she's not screwed up enough for him; however, Peyton is adamant that she's "totally screwed up". Owen once again asks why he should sleep with her, and in response Peyton takes off her t-shirt and throws it at him. She isn't wearing a bra. Owen jokes that she makes "a couple of good points," but he really has to get home. Frustrated, Peyton responds that nobody turns her down when she's naked! Handing back her t-shirt, Owen tells her that they could sleep together, but may end up regretting it; and besides, what if they'll be missing out on something special? Peyton fires back, asking what if she just wants to sleep with him? He tells her that would be disappointing, because they could be much more than that. Finding Owen's last comment charming, Peyton looks at him... before he continues: he's no idiot, of course he'll sleep with her, but she should think about what he said.

5.07 - "In Da Club"

Written By: ???
Directed By: Greg Prange

Tentative Air Date: February 12, 2008

5.07 General Spoilers

Lindsey has lightened her hair to the same shade as Peyton's. Haley comments on the change in a scene with Lindsey.
(Credit: Erin/Taylor)

Haley and Nathan are talking at the bar. Brooke walks up to NH complaining about her mom. Haley replies back, "Hey, I'm a mom too." Brooke says that doesn't count b/c she was married and pregnant by the time she graduated high school, so she will be in a home by the time she turns 35. I don't think Brooke was insulting Haley. I think it was just supposed to be funny. Brooke walks away and Haley then tells Nathan she has to go backstage.

Carrie is at the bar. Jason approaches and asks to buy her a drink. Nathan intervenes and sit down in the chair next to Carrie and tells Jason to back off. Jason walks away. Carrie walks away. Quentin approaches Nathan and comments that he shouldn't look so jealous since his wife is in the same bar as he is. Nathan replies back that Quentin is stupid because he is hanging out in the same bar as his coach. Quentin walks away. Camera stays on Nathan sitting alone.

Nathan is drinking water at the bar. Carrie comes up to him. She is dressed in a short, red halter dress Nathan comments that she looks nice. She says something like, "Thanks. It's about to come off." She also asks where Haley is and then orders two shots. She asks why Nathan isn't drinking and he says something about how he is trying to change.

Carrie and Jason dance at some point too, but I don't know when exactly, but it appears that it is after the NC scene.

Fight: Jason grabs Haley's ass, and Nathan pushes him. The scene has Mia, Haley, Peyton, Nathan, Quentin and Carrie. Carrie is watching with the crowd gathered around. After Nathan pushes Jason, Quentin steps in and punches Jason. Nathan stops Quentin from causing more harm and pulls him away.

Later, NH argue about Nathan's fight with Jason. Haley doesn't like how Nathan always thinks that she is some damsel in distress. She reminds him that the last fight in a bar led to something really bad happening.

Haley comments on how Nathan is drinking water and he says that he is trying to be responsible. Quentin comes up to talk with them. Haley grabs a drink that was apparently Quentin's and hands to someone else.

Brooke/Victoria scene: Victoria tells her daughter that she has lost her way ever since she has come back to Tree Hill. Victoria does not understand why Brooke wanted to come back to TH. Brooke says she is happy with her life there because she is with her friends. Victoria says they are not her friends b/c friends wouldn't use her. Brooke denies this acusation and retorts that mothers shouldn't use their daughters. She also comments that Brooke's company was struggling before she came along and helped her in NY.Brooke walks away to the bar for a drink.

Haley/Lindsey scene: Lindsey is ranting to Haley about Peyton. (Peyton overhears) Lindsey rants that Peyton used to be just a character in a book, but now she's come to life. She admits maybe she's just paranoid. But she also said it just seems like everything they do (meaning L/L) involves Peyton somehow.

Peyton/Haley scene: Peyton is actually the one who interrupts the Haley/Lindsey conversation. She tells Haley that she has to talk with her, and then when Haley goes with her, Peyton tells her that she was just trying to get her away from Lindsey. Then the two talk about Mia's upcoming performance and if she is excited or nervous.

Brooke/Peyton scene: Brooke vents about her mom and Peyton vents about wanting a new office away from Lindsey and Jason.

Lucas actually asks Brooke for a favor. She says that if it involves flirting with bartenders, then she can do it. He has been trying to get Lindsey and Peyton to be friends, and he asks Brooke for help with this. Brooke's hesitant, because although she likes Lindsey, Peyton is her best friend.

Scene 35- The Honorary Title sings "Far More" and "Thin Layer."

Peyton admits to Brooke that she came home to TH because of Lucas, and Brooke is kinda like, "Yeah, I know. That was obvious. I could tell the first time I saw your face at the airport." Brooke gives a very pro-LP speech, and they hug at the end of this scene.

An upset Lindsey prepares to leave, but Lucas stops her. She recognizes that she has been so paranoid about Peyton that she has even dyed her hair. Lindsey tells Lucas that she knows he started writing again because of Peyton She's frustrated waiting for him and for his book, and she just wants Lucas to stop loving Peyton. Lucas has no response.
(Credit: meluvsjames)

Lucas is present as Lindsey boldly says to Peyton that she doesn't like her either. Peyton coldly looks at Lucas and walks away.
(Credit: meluvsjames)

Owen puts a check in a martini glass and hands it to Lucas. Peyton glares at Lucas from across the room. Lucas admits that he's having a hard time being friends with Peyton. Nathan says that it was easier with him and Peyton because they were never in love. Lucas says that Lindsey is mad too, but Nathan points out that Lucas seems more upset about the Peyton thing.
(Credit: meluvsjames)

After this L/N exchange, Carrie walks up and asks Nathan that question about girlfriends and exes.
(Credit: meluvsjames)

Owen pours a drink and Lucas assumes that Quentin is going to drink it. Quentin makes a joke about it, and then Nathan comes and takes the drink claiming it as his.

5.07 Filming Spoilers

Scene 24- "The first scene I saw was between Lindsey and Lucas. Lucas walked up and asked her where she had been and she stated that he would know if he wasn't always with Peyton or something like that. I couldn't hear all the dialogue but Lindsey was clearly pissed and she stormed off...Lucas did not go after her."
(Credit: Taylor)

"The second scene was an LP scene. I couldn't hear much of anything but Lucas approaches her and tries to get her to take a check from him. She refuses then the camera pans to an angry Lindsey watching them."
(Credit: Taylor)

"There was a very short scene with Peyton and Mia where Peyton is trying to convince her to get up and sing. Mia appears to be very shy."
(Credit: Taylor)

Scene 30- "Then there was a scene between Peyton and Haley. This also happened to be the scene where Mia gets up and sings. When she gets to the mike, Jason (K-Fed) yells, 'You suck; get off the stage, ho!' then Nathan tells him, 'why don't you shut the hell up.' She sings and then Peyton and Haley congratulate her on a really good job and then all three join in on a group hug."
(Credit: Taylor)

"In the scene where Carrie is taking shots, there is a conversation with Nathan where she mentions something that happened with Jamie, from the looks of it something not so good happened. Nathan tells Carrie not to tell Haley. As of episode 5.07 there is absolutely nothing romantic between Nathan and Carrie."
(Credit: Taylor)

"So today we went by Tric and they were (and are still) filming so we talked to some extras. Apparently there is an Alice/Mouth scene as well as a Brooke/Peyton scene. In the BP scene Brooke is being very pro-LP and tells Peyton that Peyton and Lucas are meant to be and she needs to go get her man back and next time when he proposes she better say yes."
(Credit: Erin/Taylor)

5.07 Side Summaries

Scene 12- Tric. Carrie approaches Nathan and asks what he and Lucas have been talking about. Nathan tells her they have been talking about exes. Smiling, Carrie asks if he means girlfriends or wives.

There is a scene in Brooke's store. Jamie. Haley and Brooke. Haley brings Jamie for Brooke to babysit.

5.08 Side Summaries

Scene 14- Skills is apparently congratulating Lucas on the new lucky woman in his life. He jokes about who it is, and Lucas is like, "It's Lindsey, of course." Nathan says that it's a legitimate comment considering that Peyton is in town, and Skills says that Brooke is around too. Quentin enters the office with a bandage on his wrist.

Scene 15- Nathan/Quentin clash in a locker room scene. Quentin has apparently sprained his wrist for hitting a guy while defending Haley's honor. Quentin says that he did it because Nathan wasn't man enough to do it. Nathan corrects him saying, "My wife's honor isn't something some loudmouth in a bar can take away." Nathan stalks away when the trainer says Quentin could be out as long as a month. Quentin calls out to Nathan saying he knows what Nathan really wants to ask and the answer is it felt damn good to lay that guy out for his wife. Note: Nathan is helping coach the Ravens now.

Scene 16- Peyton appears at Lucas's doorway, upset with him for kissing her and then proposing to Lindsey. Lucas is all confused and says that the timing was weird. She replies that he kissed her-confirming everything she was thinking, everything she wanted to believe, and how could he run off and ask someone else to be his wife. He tells her that his proposal to Lindsey has nothing to do with her. Peyton tells him not to marry Lindsey.

Scene 19- Molly/Peyton conversation about Lucas's book: Molly's living vicariously through Peyton and the book. She tries to convince Peyton that her love with Lucas is still alive because their love is alive on her closet door and in his book.

They both watch the team they are going to face in the season opener make a incredible shot on tape. They both agree they need another drink.

Scene 32- Tric, night: A very flirtatious scene with Brooke/Owen. Brooke approaches Owen at the bar and apologizes for making fun of his car. Owen apologizes for making fun of her mother. Brooke then tells Owen she's jealous of how he only does what makes him happy and doesn't take orders from anyone. He jokes that she's using this sensitive stuff to get him in bed, as guys do to girls. She quips that she's obviously not trying to score because he would never be able to turn her down. He challenges that he did last night. Brooke then declares "Oh, It's so on," before thinking of the worlds best come on.

Scene 33- Millicent and Mouth at the TV studio. Mouth takes her into the tape room at the television station. He turns on a bunch of screens with different sports and speaks of how he loves sports because it's inspiring and heartbreaking, that there's form and symmetry and the athletes push themselves to the limits. He then turns one of the screens to ballet and asks if she feels the same about ballet because if she does they're not so different.

5.12: "Hundred"

Written By: Mark Schwahn
Directed By: Les Butler

Tentative Air Date: March 18, 2008

5.12 General Spoilers

Final episode to be filmed for 2007. Possible season finale due to writers' strike.

Carrie kidnaps Jamie from Lucas and Lindsey's wedding, but a seemingly reformed Dan saves him. However, when Dan is later found with Jamie, the episode ends on a cliffhanger with everyone assuming that he was the kidnapper.

Lindsey leaves Lucas at the altar.

Lee/Sophia filmed a scene at COB. I don't know which date, but it was for 5.12
(Credit: Rebecca)

An alternate scene was filmed for Brooke's baby storyline, in which Brooke is asking Mouth, and not Lucas, to give her a baby, because he is her best friend.
(Credit: Manu)

All spoilers below credit to Taylor

Following the wedding, Peyton is reflecting over the events alone in the church. Brooke comes to sit with her and encourages her to go after Lucas. Peyton then responds about how it doesn't really matter because he went through with saying "I do." Brooke then says something like "shut the hell up bitch!" Peyton motions upward to symbolize the fact that they are in a church and Brooke then apologizes and goes on to tell Peyton that she doesn't need to give up.

There is a Naley flashback that happens sometime after they get married and before Haley gets pregnant where her and Nathan discuss their future and their plans to have kids. This is when the "I will love you forever" line happens. In the flashback Haley says, "I want a little boy with your eyes." and Nathan responds with, "I want a little girl just like you."

Nathan is the person that gives Lucas the advice to go after Lindsey. He tells him to look into his heart and if she is still there to go after her. Lucas says that he still wants to be with her so Nathan tells him to go find her. Of coarse there is more brotherly love in this scene including a hug so thats something.

Chad and Micheala filmed a LL scene back at Lucas's house. After she runs out of the wedding he finally goes to look for her after a little push from someone close to him that cares. He finds Lindsey at his house and her bags are packed. She goes on to say it won't work because his heart is conflicted and he never stopped loving Peyton. She goes on to say she always knew she just didn't want to believe it herself. Lindsey quotes a bunch of lines from his book that involve the comet. Lucas says he doesn't want her to leave and she replies "Lucas, people always leave...you out of all people should know that."

The extra days were long and somewhat exciting. We started off by filming Haley walking down the isle as the maid of honor, next was Jamie as the ring bearer, Lily as the flower girl and finally Lindsey walked down the isle to “Here Comes the Bride”. We did various takes and angles of these people continuously making their way down the isle. Next we filmed the scene where Lindsey runs out of the church, and she does in fact run, and Haley runs out after her. Lucas stands there a little dumbfounded and looks quite hurt in his facial reaction. We also filmed the scene wear Peyton gets up and tells him she loves him and gives him the whole speech, the extra’s were asked to act surprised and then normal again when the camera pans back to Lucas b/c it is in fact a dream sequence.

We also filmed a scene where Peyton has a “dream” or it is considered a dream sequence. The extras were asked to stand right outside of the door to throw birdseed up in the air. I thought it would be Lucas and Lindsey of coarse but it happened to be Lucas and Peyton and Haley and Brooke both are there as Peyton’s bridesmaids in matching teal dresses. Peyton kisses Brooke on the cheek and her and Lucas ride away together. Hilarie also filmed a short scene where she just sat in her car outside of the church “thinking” this could be when this dream comes to light.

Okay...Nathan and Haley are on very shaky ground at this point. I was under the impression that they aren’t even living together at this point and time. They were very distant at the wedding.

Torrey’s (Carrie’s) hair is now black, Jackson had his blond up until Friday. Haley is wearing a black dress with some lace, she looks very beautiful. Peyton is in a strapless grey dress with black beads on it and Brooke is in a knee length purple strapless dress, all of the girls looked gorgeous! Nathan is in a black suit with a black bow tie and Lucas is in a black suit with a white satan tie. Lindsey was wearing a big wedding dress with a long train and I thought it looked awful. No matter who wore it the dress itself was just unflattering.

5.12 Side Summaries

Scene 24- Nathan promises Haley that he's going to love her forever, and they kiss as we hear a string quartet begin to play in the church. (flashback)

Official CW Press Release

KEVIN FEDERLINE TO GUEST STAR ON THE CW'S HIT DRAMA "ONE TREE HILL"

August 20, 2007 (Burbank, California) – Kevin Federline will guest star on The CW's hit drama ONE TREE HILL, as Jason, the cocky, enigmatic frontman for "No Means Yes," a seminal rock band from the fictional town of Tree Hill, North Carolina. Federline will appear in a multi-episode arc of the show, which returns midseason on The CW.

Kevin Federline on his role as Jason: "I've had a great time doing it I didn't really know I'd have as much fun as I did doing it. I've shot two already and I've got to go out and shoot one more... We'll see where it takes me."

"Mark told a fan that this season will be a little different. He says the main focus is going to be on the core 5. He also mentioned that he believes that Lucas and Peyton did not have closure."

"I haven't met [Kevin Federline] or ever spoken to him and I don't work with him so I don't know, I'm definitely not the person to ask. We're jumping ahead four years [in season five] and it's been a lot of fun. It gives us a little mystery, it gives the fans something new, you know. No more of the same triangles it's all new storylines so it's all great." ~ Sophia Bush

"I'm looking forward to [season five]. As of right now, what I do know. Actually it's kinda funny, we're aging four years and I'm still four years older than my character. We, at this point, I know Lucas has put out a book. It's been semi-successful. Everybody's awaiting the release of his second book, but he's having a difficulty, kinda being honest with himself and I think he needs to come back to Tree Hill and figure that out amongst his friends before he hurts anybody or does anything improper. That's my belief. And I know that he's now going to be the coach of the Ravens and he will mentor an eighteen-year-old kid who's probably on the wrong side of the tracks. That's all I know right now, we start filming on the eighteenth of July." ~ Chad at the 2007 Monte Carlo TV Festival

"I don't know [what will happen with Lucas and Peyton]; we haven't discussed that. I have no idea what goes on with the relationships in season five... So, I think that most likely Peyton and Lucas will continue that bond and will continue growing together." ~ Chad at the 2007 Monte Carlo TV Festival
