The first four caps were from the convo where Izzie was telling George she'd deal with Alex if George wanted her to.  Which George didn't really appreciate.
I loved the Alex and George hug. I liked their interaction, and I'd say I want to see more but then I think of Alex's "O'Malley?!" to Izzie after he found out she was in love with him. I know it was probably because of his feelings for her.. but it still came of as harsh. (towards George)
