CS got the house they shared together sold in the end of November this year.

Back on May 18, we wrote about how Murray and his ‘One Tree Hill’ co-star and ex-wife had the house on the market for $860,000. The asking price later was reduced to $799,900.

Now, we can report on the sale of Murray and Bush’s property, which closed on November 27 and which was recorded on November 29.

In 2004, Murray and Bush had paid $573,500 for the house, which is in Wilmington’s Landfall subdivision. The 12-room house has four full baths, one half bath, a living room, a formal dining room, a breakfast room, a library/study, a playroom, a two-car garage and a deck, according to listing information. The house sits on a 0.52-acre parcel at the end of a cul-de-sac and has a screened porch and an ornamental fence, according to listing information.
