I think the re-imagining took away a lot of the uniqueness of the story and was too predictable. Some of the performances were fine while others left me bored. I've seen Zooey Deschanel in other things (in fact, I saw her in Bridge to Terabithia a day or 2 after watching Tin Man and thought she did a good job) but I didn't like her portrayal of DG. |
