| 12-27-07 West Hollywood, CA... Actress Mischa Barton is released from custody after she was arrested for DUI in West Hollywood. Barton was pulled over and handcuffed after police found narcotics in her car and that she was driving without a license. The actress spent the night in jail before she was bailed out in the morning by her mother.
