| Pittsburgh, PA: 'Homecoming' Movie Set
I’m on the set for the movie ‘Homecoming’ (an indie thriller with Mischa Barton and Matt Long). Today I started working with Mischa on how we’ll pull off our duet-ish performance scene of one of my songs, without it ending up like a bad Sonny and Cher skit. The poor girl has never formally sung before, but she’s totally up for it and I think her singing voice sounds kinda Stevie Nicks-esque, so we’ll rock it out. Most of the crew and actors are based in LA, or in NYC as I am, so it’s kind of surreal to be sitting in a bowling alley ten minutes from my mom’s house (where I’m attempting in vain to have an end-of-year rest).
