AWW last night I watched the first episode falling asleep & every single moment you captured made me SO happy. I love how excited she gets over the surgery. I love when he tries to make her eat right away. The end is the best.

I also forgot that when Izzie said "he said marry me" George was kind of ...yea..... about it. He was probably hesitant under the circumstances especially. Then again, they prob both never wanted e/o to marry. Even if they didn't see their feelings for e/o it obv. would take away there time from e/o. Plus that CAN be counted as another foreshadowing. We have so man omgosh. So can Izzie ripping Callie's ring to shreds. She'd expect more from George 
"But she is like a total freak"...haha George's face was priceless on that one. Izzie was just like OHMYBAD.
The Callie ILU & Izzie stealing him at that moment was a big foreshadowing I think.
