I know what scene you are talking about Amy. I love their interaction in this scene. This is one of my favorite Brenda/Dylan scenes.
Here is part of the scene I love the most:
Dylan: Bren, I know you didn't sleep with Roy Randolph.
Brenda: Who told you?
Dylan: It doesn't matter, I know you.
Brenda: You know, you may be the only true friend that I have.
He knows it is not true because he knows her.
