It was sad to see Michael have to see/hear the things he did in the deposition and yeah........it's easy to say Jan shouldn't have let it come to all of that knowing that those things would hurt Michael.........but I think she was looking at the bigger picture and how much the money could help both of them. I think the lawsuit was a bad idea period, but..........yeah.
Again, drive by posting, but just wanted to comment on this.

The reason I said what I did about Jan was for the simple reason that she let all those things happen to Michael without warning in front of people he still has to work with. No, I'm sure that she and her lawyer didn't want it to come to that, but the fact that they had ALL of that stuff waiting meant it was planned beforehand. If Jan had spent 1/10th of the time prepping Michael for the diary, performance reviews, etc that she did feeding him speeches about unfair working environments, I'd feel bad for how things went down and not blame her. If she had asked to use the diary or at least warned him that it might come up, Michael would have been okay with it. He can't refuse her anything. But it was the fact that she blindsided him with that information in front of everyone that really made me lose respect for Jan and what she was doing and why.
