| I think what Jess is saying is that he didn't save her LIFE, because her life was never seriously threatened. He may have saved her from further EMOTIONAL harm, but he didn't save her LIFE.
And yeah, I agree that anyone on the show would have helped her. It's like when GA fans try to say only Derek would have gone into the water for Meredith (even if the other characters knew she was in there). Yeah, I'm sure Alex and George would have just let her drown if they knew she was in the water, lol.
