| I do kind of think that the Republican party is trying to use the memory of 9/11 to their benefit which is a little disturbing. I wish they would concentrate as much on the future as the past. It was a horrible, horrible event but I really don't think that one party or one group of people was specifically responsible for helping the country recover afterwards. The country really united and came together in a wave of patriotism to get over that so taking credit for it all is a little tacky I think.
