Ryan's not real. He's some kind of cyborg from S3 onwards.
My ideal was for Ryan to be single the whole of S4, STRUGGLING to move on... and perhaps in the finale, he goes to college and meets someone who reminds him of Marissa. And maybe the girl will say 'Who are you' and Ryan replies whoever you want me to be.
Because I've just always wanted to watch RM in college. I just never thought it would happen, that I wouldn't get that.
It was so lame they ended the show years later when they are with jobs. the show is a teen drama and it would be a beautiful bookend that they end the series with them in college. |
