| I can't hear any streaming audio in Windows Media Player 10, embedded or in the player itself. Video plays just fine but no audio. It happens with both IE and Firefox. If I can get the streaming address and open it in VLC player, it works, so I've come to the conclusion that perhaps it's a Windows Media Player problem? I downloaded Media Player 11, which didn't help(so I went back to 10 because I didn't like 11) and also I tried downloading some codecs from Microsoft's site and that didn't work either. Doesn't affect Youtube or sites like that. Just seems to be sites with streaming WMV. I should also mention that my computer is new, about a month or so old. Please help, this is driving me crazy. |
