| You know speaking of Juliet, Kate finally saw in the finale that Juliet has not in fact replaced her. With these two, even if they continue to not be anything more than friends (god, lets hope not  ), they will always mean a great deal to each other, and will always have a connection and I think that's something that is underestimated sometimes:
Case in point, I honestly don't really mind Jacket that much (I know, sorry for those that don't like Juliet ), but of course Jate is OTP. And here's why, because Kate will always be everything for Jack (and vice versa  ), but my point is that I clicked on this Jacket fic about them being rescued, and it has Jack just brushing Kate off in favor of Juliet. And I've seen that done a lot before in fic, and aside from this past season because of Jack being hurt and distant, that would NEVER happen!  After the finale especially! At least in s3, it was because he still did care very much that he had to try to separate himself, but these fics have him as if he doesn't care at all, and like I said, it's just not gonna happen, the FF made at least that much obvious. |
