11 months till Breaking dawn? I guess that means lots of re-reads of the whole series to pass time.

I just stumbled over this on Stephenie Meyer's website:

The good people of Forks, Washington will be celebrating "Stephenie Meyer Day" next Thursday (Note: Stephenie will not be attending due to the previously planned Eclipse Tour). Events & activities honoring author Stephenie Meyer for choosing Forks to be the location of her series of four books that have achieved widespread popularity. This date is the birthdate of "Bella" one of her main characters.

9:00am Hunting maps can be picked up from Forks Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center. (multiple locations in Forks to be stamped).
10:00 Mayor proclamation at city hall.
11:00 Hunting maps can be picked up from Forks Library.
12:00 noon - 2:00pm Police chief will serve peanut butter/jelly sandwiches at Forks City Hall/Police Department.
4:30pm Forks Library - fans dressed in costume as Bella & Edward will be photographed (photos to be sent to Stephenie Meyer).
4:30pm Forks Library - Birthday cake for Bella served to Twilight fans
