Meredith presumably watching Derek longingly from a distance from a corner wall.

Derek watching Meredith from a distance while she has a coat on.

The the I am the girl from the bar line is at the end of the commercial.

The overall feel from it that I get is that he loves her but is trying to give her space to make the committment that he wants from her.

Me thinks the kiss comes in here??
